of <h1>Central Government Amends Excise Notification to Include New Entry for Parts Under Chapters 82 or 84</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 111/88-C.E. dated March 1, 1988, under the Central Excise Rules, 1944. This amendment, issued under Notification No. 141/88-C.E. dated April 18, 1988, adds a new entry to the existing table in the notification. Specifically, a new serial number 13 is introduced, covering parts of goods specified at serial numbers 01, 04, and 08 to 12, under chapters 82 or 84 of the tariff. This change pertains to miscellaneous exemptions under the Central Excise Tariff.
