Tariff description amendment expands product coverage by substituting 'laminated' with 'laminated or coated'. The amendment substitutes, in the Table to Notification No. 53/88, Sl. No. 2, column (5), clause (1), the word 'laminated' with the words 'laminated or coated', thereby broadening the product description for tariff/exemption purposes under rule 8(1) of the Central Excise Rules, 1944.
