This appointment is for adjudicating a show cause notice related to M/s. Harkishan Overseas, Delhi, M/s. Arvind International, Delhi, and others, as issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, New Delhi. The notification, dated 21st February 2000, is issued under Notification No. 11/2000-Customs (N.T.).
