This amendment modifies the entries in the original notification concerning Chapter 39. Specifically, for Serial No. 1, the entries now pertain to tariff items 3903.10 or 3903.90, which cover polystyrene and copolymers of styrene, with a duty rate of twenty percent ad valorem. This change is enacted in the public interest.
