of <h1>Amendment to Notification No. 16/90-C.E.: 'Limestone' added after 'Lime' in Serial No. 13 of the table.</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 16/90-C.E. under the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944, through Notification No. 143/90-C.E. dated September 17, 1990. This amendment, made in the public interest, modifies the entry in the table annexed to the original notification. Specifically, it adds the word 'limestone' after 'Lime' in the entry under column (3) against Serial No. 13.
