of <h1>Government Extends Small-Scale Industry Excise Exemption Deadline to March 31, 1992, Amends Previous Notifications</h1> The Central Government, under the authority of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944, has issued Notification No. 13/91-C.E. dated March 25, 1991, to amend previous notifications related to small-scale industry (SSI) exemptions. The amendments include extending the deadline in Notification No. 175/86-C.E. from March 31, 1991, to March 31, 1992, and omitting paragraph 2 from Notification No. 462/86-C.E. These changes are made in the public interest as part of the government's ongoing adjustments to excise regulations.
