Amendments include changes to Notification No. 274/88, substituting 'independent processor' with 'independent processor or a composite mill,' and revising Notification No. 48/90 to update duty rates for cotton fabrics based on value per square meter. Additionally, Notification No. 51/91 is amended to redefine certain fabric processing entries and remove specific serial numbers, adjusting excise duties accordingly.
