This exemption applies to goods classified under specific sub-headings (3706.31, 3706.32, 3706.39, 3706.41, 3706.42, 3706.43, 3706.44, 3706.91, and 3706.92) of Chapter 37 in the Central Excise Tariff Act, 1985. The government has determined that this measure serves the public interest.
