Effective February 1, 1994, the amendment modifies the third proviso of the original notification, increasing the production limit from '1,98,000 tonnes' to '2,20,000 tonnes.' This change is made in the public interest and reflects an update in the permissible production capacity for mini cement plants under the specified notification.
