of <h1>Central Government Amends Excise Notifications: Cylinder Mould Vat Size Change, Exemption Restrictions Introduced</h1> Notification No. 22/95-C.E., dated March 16, 1995, issued by the Central Government under the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944, amends prior notifications for public interest. The amendments include changes to Notification No. 219/69 by altering the specification of 'Cylinder Mould Vat' from 30 to 40 inches. Notification No. 18/94 is amended to remain effective until March 31, 1995. Notification No. 22/94 introduces a proviso restricting exemptions if prior exemptions are availed, omits certain entries, and removes the Explanation. Notification No. 24/94 adds a proviso with similar exemption restrictions.
