of <h1>Amendment to Excise Notification: Includes Parts of Wind Mills, Hydro Turbines Up to 15 MW, and Solar Lanterns</h1> Notification No. 57/95-C.E., dated March 16, 1995, issued under the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944, amends previous notifications related to solar energy and pollution control equipment. For Notification No. 205/88-C.E., dated May 25, 1988, the amendment includes adding 'parts of wind mills' to the existing entry and inserting new entries for turbines for hydro-electric equipment up to 15 MW and solar lanterns. For Notification No. 78/90-C.E., dated March 20, 1990, the amendment changes the wording to include 'parts thereof' in the schedule.
