The notifications repealed include 5/95-Central Excises dated January 6, 1995, 8/96-Central Excises dated July 23, 1996, 23/96-Central Excises dated July 23, 1996, and 17/96-Central Excises dated July 23, 1996. This action is taken under the authority granted by section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944, and section 3 of the Additional Duties of Excise (Goods of Special Importance) Act, 1957.
