Rescission of notifications under Rule 174A withdraws specified Central Excise non tariff notifications in public interest. The Central Government, exercising powers under rule 174A of the Central Excise Rules, 1944 and being satisfied it is in the public interest, hereby rescinds the twenty one specified Government of India notifications listed by number and date, thereby withdrawing those Central Excise non tariff notifications from further effect.
