of <h1>Government Amends Excise Notification for Exports to Nepal: Changes to Conditions, Terminology, and Invoice Requirements</h1> The Central Government has amended Notification No. 50/94-Central Excise (N.T.) concerning exports to Nepal under rebate. The amendments include replacing the term 'Nirmali' with 'Bitamore (Sursand)' in condition (iv). Additionally, the word 'normal' is removed from sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph 1 in Annexure-1. An explanation is added after paragraph 4, clarifying that when an 'invoice' in quadruplicate is required, it must be prepared in the specified form appended to Annexure-1.
