Removal of warehoused goods designated for Mathura Refinery including Barari Village allowed without payment of duty The Central Government amends the cited notification to substitute item (zzb) in paragraph 2, clause (i), formally designating Mathura Refinery including Barari Village as a specified location for the removal of warehoused goods without payment of duty, under sub rule (2) of rule 49 and rule 139 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944.
