of <h1>ICICI Bank Authorized for E-Payment of Delhi VAT; Dealers Must Use 19-Digit CIN for Tax Returns</h1> The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi has authorized ICICI Bank for e-payment of Delhi Value Added Tax (DVAT). Dealers can now pay taxes, penalties, and interest through ICICI Bank's online platform, which complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000. The bank will issue a 19-digit Challan Identification Number (CIN) as proof of payment, which must be included with tax returns. Payments made between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. will be recorded the same day, while those made outside these hours will be processed the next working day. The scheme's features are detailed in an annexure.
