of <h1>Inland Container Depot for IT Services Established in SEZ, Gurgaon Effective May 4, 2009, per Customs Act Section 7.</h1> The Central Government has designated May 4, 2009, as the effective date for the establishment of an Inland Container Depot (ICD) for information technology and IT-enabled services within the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Village Behrampur, District-Gurgaon, Haryana. This development will be undertaken by a private real estate company and is recognized under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962, in accordance with the powers granted by the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005.
