of <h1>'Step by Step Shiksha Samiti Jaipur' Gains Tax Exemption Approval Under Section 10(23C)(vi) of Income-tax Act</h1> The Chief Commissioner of Income Tax in Jaipur has approved 'Step by Step Shiksha Samiti Jaipur' under sub-clause (vi) of clause (23C) of Section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961, effective from the assessment year 2008-2009 onwards. This approval is contingent upon the society's compliance with the relevant provisions of the Income-tax Act and Rules. This decision was formalized in Notification No. 20/2008-09, dated March 31, 2009, under the authority of the Chief Commissioner, B.S. Dhillon.
