of <h1>Central Government Sets March 31, 2009, as Start Date for Key Sections of LLP Act, 2008</h1> The Central Government, exercising its authority under Section 1(3) of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, designated March 31, 2009, as the commencement date for specific sections of the Act. The sections coming into force include Sections 1, 2 (excluding clauses (c) and (u) of subsection (1)), 3 to 30, 31 (excluding its application in the context of the 'Tribunal'), 32 to 50, 52 to 54, 59 to 62, 66 to 71, 74 to 80, and 81 (excluding clause (b) as it applies to Sections 51, 63, and 64, and clause (c)). The First Schedule is also included.
