Commencement of amendment provisions for clinical establishments takes effect through official gazette notification. Bringing into force provisions of the Jan Vishwas (Amendment of Provisions) Act, 2026 in relation to serial number 67 and the corresponding Schedule entries concerning the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010. The Central Government appoints the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette as the date on which those specified provisions come into force, with the operative effect limited to the identified Schedule item and its related entries.
