Provisional assessment is ordered for imports of Anodized Aluminium Frames for Solar Panels/Modules originating in or exported from China PR and produced by M/s Anhui Krant Aluminum Products Co., Ltd, pending completion of the new shipper review. The imports may be subjected to security or guarantee for any deficiency if retrospective anti-dumping duty is later imposed. If duty is recommended on review, the importer is liable from the date of initiation of the review.
