Worker re-skilling fund established under labour law framework for statutory re-skilling purposes. The Central Government has constituted a Worker Re-skilling Fund under section 83(1) of the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 for the purposes of the Code. The notification creates the fund by exercise of the statutory power conferred under the Code and establishes the mechanism contemplated for worker re-skilling.
