of <h1>Inland Container Depot Services Designated as Special Economic Zone in Raigad District Under SEZ Act, 2005</h1> The Central Government has designated the Inland Container Depot services sector at Villages Talegaon and Panshil, Taluka-Khalapur, and Village-Bhokarpada, Tauka-Panvel in Raigad District, Maharashtra, as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ) effective from February 19, 2009. This designation is under the authority of sub-section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The services provided by M/s Sunny Vista Realtors Private Limited in these areas are recognized as an Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962.
