<h1>Approval Committee Formed for Services Sector SEZ in Maharashtra Under Special Economic Zones Act, 2005</h1> The Central Government has established an Approval Committee for the services sector Special Economic Zone (SEZ) located in Talegaon, Panshil, and Bhokarpada in Raigad, Maharashtra. This committee is constituted under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, and includes various ex-officio members: the Development Commissioner of the SEZ as Chairperson, representatives from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Joint Director General of Foreign Trade Mumbai, Commissioners of Customs, Excise, and Income Tax, and a Director from the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, two officers from the Government of Maharashtra and a representative from the developer, Sunny Vista Realtors Private Limited, are included.
