of <h1>Government Forms Approval Committee for IT and IT-Enabled Services SEZ in Bangalore, Including Key Government Officials</h1> The Central Government has established an Approval Committee for a sector-specific Special Economic Zone (SEZ) dedicated to information technology and IT-enabled services at Hoodi Village, K.R. Puram, Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka. This SEZ is being developed by a private enterprise. The committee comprises several ex-officio members, including the Development Commissioner of the SEZ as Chairperson, representatives from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, and officials from Customs, Central Excise, Income Tax, and the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, two officers from the Government of Karnataka and a representative from the developer are included.
