The Central Government, exercising powers under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005, appoints the multi-product SEZ at Villages Valipor and Sarod, Taluka Jambusar, District Bharuch by M/s. Sterling SEZ Private Limited as deemed to be an Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962, with effect from 11 February 2009.
