This approval was granted to a private infrastructure development company under the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005. The designated area for the SEZ covers 25 acres, equating to 10.12 hectares, across specific plots in the Gopinathpur region. The notification was issued by the Central Government on February 9, 2009, following the fulfillment of all legal and procedural requirements.
