of <h1>Corrigendum to Notification No. 16/2026 correcting the effective date to 3rd February for the tariff fixation notice.</h1> Para 2 of Notification No. 16/2026 is amended to substitute '2nd day of February' with '3rd day of February', thereby correcting the date stated in the tariff value fixation notification. The corrigendum republishes the corrected date in the Gazette and effects no other change to the operative provisions of the original notification. The amendment is issued by CBIC as a formal correction to the previously published notification to ensure the accurate effective date for customs tariff value fixation.
