Income-tax Appellate Tribunal recruitment rules preserve reservations, age relaxations and concessions for specified categories as per central orders. The substituted rule provides that nothing in the Tribunal members' recruitment and service rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex servicemen and other special categories of persons, in accordance with orders issued by the Central Government.
