of <h1>Specified intra-State goods listed in Schedule exempted from State GST u/s 9, effective 22 September 2025</h1> Notification supersedes prior notification and exempts specified intra-State supplies of goods listed in the appended Schedule from the whole of State tax leviable under section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017; the legal change is the grant of exemption for each tariff item, heading, sub-heading or Chapter entry as specified, and the operative effect is that supplies of those described goods are not subject to State GST. The exemption applies prospectively from 22 September 2025 and does not affect actions taken prior to supersession.
