of <h1>Liquidator filing of notified forms on IBBI electronic platform u/reg 47B(1), with strict form-wise timelines mandated</h1> Regulation 47B(1) of the IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016 is substituted to mandate that the liquidator file such Forms, with their enclosures, as may be notified by IBBI from time to time, on IBBI's electronic platform, in accordance with the timelines stipulated for each form. This change makes electronic filing on the designated platform and compliance with form-wise timelines a continuing regulatory obligation, aligned to the Forms as subsequently notified.
