of <h1>6% SGST rate set for intra-State supplies of construction materials like fly ash bricks, building bricks, and tiles.</h1> Prescribes a Telangana SGST rate of 6% on intra-State supplies of specified construction materials classified under the Customs Tariff, namely fly ash bricks, fly ash aggregates and fly ash blocks (tariff item 6815), bricks of fossil meals or similar siliceous earths (6901 00 10), building bricks (6904 10 00), and earthen or roofing tiles (6905 10 00), with tariff interpretation governed by the Customs Tariff Act rules and undefined terms adopting meanings under the TGST/IGST/UTGST Acts; the notified rate applies to such supplies with effect from 22 September 2025.
