Handicraft goods notified with reduced GST rates, largely 2.5% (some 1.5%), effective 22 September 2025. This notification substitutes a new tariff table prescribing concessional GST rates on specified handcrafted and artisanal goods, assigning a predominant rate of 2.5% to most listed items and 1.5% to certain filigree and imitation jewellery, and takes effect on 22 September 2025.
