of <h1>GST GSTR-3B e-filing deadline extended to 25 October 2025 for specified filers under sec.39(6) & 168</h1> Under authority of sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, on Council recommendation, extends the electronic filing deadline for FORM GSTR-3B on the common portal: for registered persons required to file under section 39(1) for September 2025, and for those filing under the proviso to section 39(1) for the quarter July-September 2025, the due date is extended to 25 October 2025.
