of <h1>State government amends GST rate to 9% under Andhra Pradesh GST Act section 11(1), effective 22 September 2025</h1> The state government, acting under section 11(1) of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and on the GST Council's recommendation, issued a notification amending G.O.Ms.No.584 (dated 12.12.2017) by substituting the entry in column (4) against S.No.1 in the TABLE with '9%'. The amendment takes effect on 22 September 2025 and is issued under the authority of the Principal Secretary to the Government.
