of <h1>State Government amends GST notification under section 11(1), substituting entry to 9% effective 22 September 2025 (1)</h1> The State Government, exercising powers under section 11(1) of the State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and acting on the Council's recommendation, amends a previous finance department notification dated 29 June 2017 by substituting the entry in the TABLE at S. No. 1, column (4) with '9%'. The amendment takes effect on 22 September 2025.
