of <h1>State to commence provisions of GST (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2025 - clauses (ii)-(iii) s.3 and ss.4-6,8-16 from 1 Oct 2025</h1> The State notifies that, under powers of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2025, specified provisions are appointed to commence on 1 October 2025. Clauses (ii) and (iii) of section 3, sections 4-6 and sections 8-16 of the Ordinance will come into force on that date, bringing those statutory amendments into effect for the state GST framework. The notification formalizes the commencement date under the State GST Act.
