of <h1>Notification exempts 'local delivery' services, except suppliers liable under section 22(1) via e-commerce operators; effective 22 Sep 2025</h1> The state government amends a prior GST rate notification to insert a new clause exempting 'services by way of local delivery' from the notification's scope, with an exception where the supplier uses an electronic commerce operator and is liable for registration under section 22(1) of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The amendment takes effect on 22 September 2025 and modifies Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(17/2017-(Rate)) dated 30 June 2017.
