<h1>GST GSTR-3B filing extended to 25 October 2025 for September 2025 and Q2 Jul-Sep 2025 under sections 39(6), 168</h1> The Commissioner, acting on Council recommendations under section 39(6) read with section 168 of the Central GST Act, 2017, has extended the electronic filing deadline for FORM GSTR-3B on the common portal: for the month of September 2025 to 25 October 2025, and for the quarter July-September 2025 (proviso to section 39(1)) to 25 October 2025. The notification effectuates the time-limit extension for registered persons to furnish their GSTR-3B returns.
