of <h1>Lieutenant-Governor amends GST rates under section 11(1), swapping Schedule IV for Schedule II or III, effective 22 Sep 2025</h1> By exercise of powers under section 11(1) of the Puducherry GST Act, 2017 and on the Council's recommendation, the Lieutenant-Governor amends the earlier GST rate notification dated 25 January 2018 by substituting the reference 'Schedule IV of Notification No. 1/2017 - Puducherry GST (Rate)' with 'Schedule II or Schedule III of Notification No. 9/2025-Puducherry GST (Rate)'. The amendment takes effect on 22 September 2025.
