of <h1>Territorial GST notification amends earlier rate entry to 9% under Section 11(1), effective 22 September 2025</h1> Puducherry amends its earlier GST rate notification of 29 June 2017 to substitute the entry in column (4) against serial number 1 with '9%'. The amendment is made under section 11(1) of the Puducherry Goods and Services Tax Act on the recommendation of the Council and takes effect on 22 September 2025. The change is issued by the Lieutenant-Governor through the Commercial Taxes Secretariat.
