of <h1>State amends GST Notification GHN-20 (GST-2018) under Section 11(1), replacing Schedule IV reference with Schedule II/III, effective 22 Sept 2025</h1> The state government, exercising powers under section 11(1) of the Gujarat Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and on the GST Council's recommendation, amends Notification No. (GHN-20) GST-2018 (Notification No. 08/2018-State Tax (Rate)) dated 25 January 2018 by substituting the reference 'Schedule IV of Notification No. 1/2017 -State Tax (Rate)' with 'Schedule II or Schedule III of Notification No. 9/2025 -State Tax (Rate)'. The amendment takes effect on 22 September 2025.
