of <h1>State notifies 6% GST on specified construction materials including fly ash bricks, aggregates, tiles effective 22 September 2025</h1> The state government, under powers conferred by the relevant GST Act provisions and on GST Council recommendations, notifies a 6% state GST rate on specified construction materials - including fly ash bricks/aggregates/blocks, certain fossil meal/siliceous-earth bricks, building bricks, and earthen or roofing tiles - as identified by tariff headings in the appended schedule. Customs Tariff interpretation rules and existing GST/IGST definitions apply. The notification takes effect on 22 September 2025.
