of <h1>State under section 11(1) amends Notification No. 8/2018-replaces Schedule IV reference with Schedule II or III of Notification No. 9/2025</h1> The State government, exercising powers under section 11(1) of the State GST Act on Council recommendation, amends Notification No. 8/2018-State Tax (Rate) (5 March 2018) by substituting the reference 'Schedule IV of Notification No. 1/2017-State Tax (Rate)' with 'Schedule II or Schedule III of Notification No. 9/2025-State Tax (Rate)'. The amendment is effective from 22 September 2025 and was issued by the Commercial Taxes Department as a further modification to the principal notification previously amended on 9 July 2025.
