of <h1>GST notification substitutes Schedule IV reference with Schedule II or III for old and used vehicles, effective 22 Sept 2025</h1> The state tax notification amends a prior notification concerning old and used motor vehicles by substituting the reference to 'Schedule IV of Department Notification No. 1125-F.T.' with 'Schedule II or Schedule III of notification No. 1630-F.T.' as a consequential change following supersession of the earlier notification. The amendment is made under the state GST Act and takes effect from 22 September 2025.
