of <h1>Notification No. 11/2025 under section 11(1) amends GST rate entry to 9% effective 22 September 2025</h1> By notification dated 17 September 2025 (No. 11/2025-State Tax (Rate)), issued under section 11(1) of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, the State amended Notification No. 3/2017-State Tax (Rate) (29 June 2017) to substitute the entry in column (4) against S. No. 1 in the Table with '9%'. The amendment takes effect on 22 September 2025.
