of <h1>6% intra-State GST on specified bricks, blocks and tiles under GST sections 9(1) and 15(5), effective 22 Sep 2025</h1> The State notifies a 6% intra-State GST rate on specified brick and related products under the Haryana Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, effective 22 September 2025. The tariff entries covered include 6815 (fly ash bricks/aggregates/blocks), 6901 00 10 (bricks of fossil meals or similar siliceous earths), 6904 10 00 (building bricks) and 6905 10 00 (earthen or roofing tiles). The notification is issued under sections 9(1) and 15(5) of the Act and adopts the Customs Tariff First Schedule interpretation rules and relevant GST Act definitions for construing tariff items and terms.
