Extension of GSTR-8 filing deadline for e commerce operator statement granted, moving due date to early January. The Commissioner, on the recommendations of the Council and exercising powers under the State GST Act and relevant rule, extends the time limit for furnishing the statement of outward supplies effected through an e commerce operator in FORM GSTR-8 for December 2024 until the 12th day of January, 2025.
