of <h1>FORM GSTR-8 due date moved to January 12, 2025 for Dec 2024 under proviso to s.52(4), s.168 and r.67</h1> The State tax authority, acting on the Council's recommendation and under the provisions of the state GST Act (first proviso to Section 52(4) read with Section 168 and rule 67), has extended the deadline for filing FORM GSTR-8 for December 2024. The statement of outward supplies effected through e-commerce operators, due for that month, must now be furnished by January 12, 2025. The extension is issued by the Commissioner of State Tax.
