<h1>Clearing corporation granted three-year renewal of recognition under Regulation 12, subject to regulator's ongoing conditions</h1> The securities market regulator has granted renewal of recognition under Regulation 12 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2018 to a clearing corporation for a three-year term from 10 September 2025 to 9 September 2028, exercising powers under the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act. The renewal is subject to compliance with conditions specified by the regulator from time to time and any additional conditions that may be prescribed or imposed subsequently.
