of <h1>Regulator renews clearing corporation recognition for three-year term from 10 September 2025 to 9 September 2028, subject to conditions</h1> The regulator has granted renewal of recognition to a clearing corporation under the applicable stock exchanges and clearing corporations regulations for a three-year term commencing 10 September 2025 and expiring 9 September 2028, having determined the renewal is in the interests of trade, the securities market and the public. The renewal is issued under statutory powers and is subject to the condition that the clearing corporation comply with conditions specified by the regulator from time to time, as may be prescribed or imposed subsequently.
