        <h1>Extension of FORM GSTR-6 filing for December 2024 to 15 January 2025 under s.39(6), s.168 and r.65</h1> Notification dated 9 July 2025 extends the time limit for furnishing FORM GSTR-6 by an Input Service Distributor for December 2024 to 15 January 2025. The extension is issued by the Commissioner, on Council recommendations, under sub-section (6) of section 39 read with section 168 of the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and rule 65 of the Jharkhand GST Rules, 2017. The notification is deemed effective from 10 January 2025.
